One of our all-time favourites, available for take-away and designed to be easier to eat on-the-go. Crushed avocado with a sprinkle of lime juice, with mushrooms cooked with a little garlic, served with toasted sourdough. Swap sourdough to gluten-free bread if preferred.
Choice of butter or non-dairy spread and optional chilli flakes.
