Summer Squash Green Curry (GF, VE)
This delicious green curry is flavoured with fresh ginger and coriander, and has a slight chilli heat. With tofu chunks and courgette, and served with plain bismati rice.
Option to swap tofu for chicken if you prefer. You can also ramp up the heat with extra chilli (optional), and add dessert for a great meal deal.
